Madi will guide you in discovering how to align your planning, goal-setting, and reflection with the cycles of the moon and your own menstrual cycle. You’ll learn how to set intentions during the new moon, revisit your goals as the full moon approaches, and embrace the power of rest, release, and reflection during the full moon and your bleeding phase. This approach helps you work with your natural rhythms instead of against them, whether you’re tracking the lunar cycle, your body’s cycles, or simply your unique energy patterns.
Ela will show us her values-based review process, and guide you through customizing the provided template to track the activities, habits, and values that matter most to you. You’ll then be guided through a series of reflection questions to determine where your own benchmark of success is and the actions you might take to get there. This approach to productivity is designed to shake away the fluff and constant “should’s” that fill up to-do lists and instead approach your planning process with compassion and personal understanding so you can build a life that aligns with your values and energy levels.

In addition to a Notion productivity system template, this workshop also includes reflection questions, journal prompts, and AI prompts you can use with ChatGPT (or your preferred AI tool) to brainstorm action menus that align with your goals and values for each phase of the moon or your cycle. These tools are designed to make planning and prioritizing feel intuitive, supportive, and achievable.



Learning how to plan my week and review my tasks from a values-based perspective legitimately changed my life. As an autistic + ADHD low-energy entrepreneur with chronic illness and physical disabilities, I’ve experienced the frustration of trying to fit into rigid productivity systems that don’t account for fluctuating energy levels or the need for rest. Learning to plan with the cycles of the moon and my menstrual cycle has been transformative. It allows me to lean into my natural energy, set intentional goals, and release what no longer serves me—all while giving myself permission to rest without guilt.
